We are created for connection. Groups are a great way to foster connection, growth, & healing amidst common struggle in a confidential, safe, & welcoming environment. We will meet weekly for an hour for 8 weeks. Groups are very effective for building connection, especially during this time.
We are created for connection and there is something powerful in working together in a common struggle. Participants build community and learn various coping strategies from teachings from Barb, sharing from each other, and Q and A time together in a safe, non- judgemental environment. You are able to submit questions anonymously prior to the group or ask and share freely throughout the group.
There will be teaching on themed topics related to the group each session, interactive exercises, and take-aways to practice at home. All Zoom recordings will be recorded so you can always re-listen to refresh your memory.

I love this option for my schedule with my sport. It can be difficult to balance school, work, practice, training, games, travel, and a social life. I am able to have my sessions in the evenings.
