Spela Grasic
As a therapist, I don’t draw on any one modality. I blend and mix and match different strategies and approaches depending on who you are, what’s brought you in, and what works for you. My goal is to show up for you and help you hold all your messy, complicated, painful, and embarrassing “stuff,” so we can work together to untangle it, make some space for it, decide what kind of relationship you want to have with all those parts, and then work through how you would like to show up for yourself and others in your life.

I have spent my career discovering and sharpening my skills as a mental health clinician. By attending workshops, courses and galvanizing therapeutic modalities (with an attachment, person-centered, EFT and CBT lens), I have honed my skills to attend to the diverse needs of my clients. As importantly, is my lived experience of the many challenges and successes of 25 years of marriage and raising 4 children in a blended family. From this I have gleaned that there is never one right way to improve a situation, though there are easier paths than others to get there.
