Hi there! My name is Sam (she/her), and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
I loving supporting teens and young adults. I offer in-person sessions, Walk & Talk Therapy, and virtual sessions. Born and raised in Kelowna, I have developed a deep appreciation for the well-being of our local community. I am a lover of animals, nature, and an adventure-enthusiast.
As a counsellor, my approach is rooted in non-judgmental acceptance. I create a space where you can be authentically yourself, without the need for masks or pretenses. It’s a privilege for me to journey alongside you, exploring the intricacies of your story. Each session is an opportunity for collaborative exploration, fostering growth, and healing. I value the trust you place in our counseling relationship and am committed to understanding and respecting your unique narrative.
