Hello, I’m Zach! I specialize in evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and I work with individuals navigating mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, or just general life stress and hardship.
For the last five years, I have worked in the mental health field as a social worker and case manager. I am passionate about helping people live in a way that aligns with their values. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to your unique goals.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, playing volleyball, paddleboarding, and learning new things.
