What makes me come alive?
Hi! My name is Kayla Davies, mother, wife, and Christian. I am passionate about helping
individuals discover their innate strengths and reach their full potential. I strive to create
a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts,
emotions, and life experiences freely. Through active listening and empathy, I aim to
understand each client’s unique perspective and concerns, helping them to gain clarity,
insight, and self-awareness.
My counselling approach is integrative and client centered, drawing on a diverse range
of skills and techniques from evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioural
therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-compassion, and solution-focused therapy among
others. As a counsellor, my role is deeply rooted in fostering a compassionate and
collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients. I work alongside my clients to
identify goals, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges. Whether you are
facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I am dedicated to supporting you
on your journey towards greater well-being, personal growth, and a more fulfilling life.
