What makes me come alive?
I come alive at the opportunity to be helpful. Whether it is the day to day stress of life; the discomfort of feeling stuck; the pain of relational turmoil; or the fear that it will never change, I am honored to be entrusted in taking part in your health and wellness. I take a collaborative approach to counselling; we find what works for you. I have a particular interest in wellness and resilience through adversity and trauma. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 15 years with adults experiencing numerous challenges and diagnoses.
