Interview with Team USA Women’s Hockey Olympic Gold Medalist Brianna Decker

🇺🇸  As a Mindset Coach with WHL Academy, I lead a weekly Mindset Call on Monday’s to hep athletes in their mental health and mental game. On today’s WHL Academy, I will be hosting a live video interview with my former teammate and Olympian Brianna Decker at 7pm ET 🇺🇸 

Our members will be able to come on for the live Q and A to ask questions or submit them prior, they also have access to the recording afterwards . What an amazing opportunity to hear her story and learn how she’s still keeping her mindset sharp amidst COVID and how to stay motivated as an elite athlete amidst the uncertainty of what next season will look like. 

Fun facts ⭐️ 

⭐️ Brianna and I grew up playing in the same organization in Wisconsin: the Madison Capitols. 

⭐️ We won back-to-back USA Hockey National Championships together with Shattuck St. Mary’s

⭐️ She won the Patty Kazmeier award for the top female player in women’s college hockey as a JUNIOR for the Wisconsin Badgers

⭐️ Professionally she’s played for the Boston Pride and Calgary Inferno 

⭐️  She is an Olympic Silver and Gold medalist with Team USA

 

⭐️ At the NHL All Star Event, her demo time of 1:06 was faster than ALL 8 NHLers who competed in the event (premier passing drill). Winner Leon Draisaitl’s time was 1:09. Seriously she’s amazing.
